Welcome to Raam Ather. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our products and services, including the purchase, maintenance, and servicing of two-wheeled vehicles. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a Vehicle. By purchasing a Vehicle, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.

2.3 Delivery

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery.

2.4  Warranty

All Vehicles come with a standard warranty as outlined in the warranty document provided with the Vehicle. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or neglect.

3. Servicing and Repairs

3.1 Booking

Service appointments must be scheduled in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred time but cannot guarantee availability.

3.2 Charges

Service charges will be based on the work performed and any parts replaced. A detailed estimate will be provided before any work begins.

3.3 Liability

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from servicing or repairs unless caused by our negligence.
